I used to love to write in a journal and sometimes I still do, but now that I’m older and my eyesight isn’t good anymore, it’s so much better having speech to text. And it’s faster. 
The added bonus is having feedback almost immediately on what you write. I know it’s AI but it is very good. A bit like therapy. I find myself coming back to this app, day after day. Thank you! It is helping me so much.

I am skeptical about this kind of app, but this one is a game-changer. I downloaded it, wrote a ten-line entry about how I am feeling, and the sophisticated, measured, and empathetic, intellectual response brought tears to my eyes. I cannot explain how helpful this app has been for me!! I highly recommend Untold for absolutely anyone, but especially those who often feel stuck in a thought/emotion/experience and aren’t sure how to move forward. You record or type what your are thinking/feeling and are giving prompting questions that you can scroll through and answer which really helps give clarity and direction. In essence you are being your own therapist, in those every day moments when you can’t get to your ACTUAL therapist.
