UnTrap for YouTube

This app cured my YT / Phone addiction better than anything else ever has. Even deleting YT app and blocking site wasn’t as good as this. As a YT premium member, I can watch whatever video I need. But now it’s not addicting. I encourage you to try this app, remove all stories / feeds / and comments, and experience a clearer life.

I thought it stopped working after recent iPhone update, but actually it just reset and I had to click the extensions icon in safari again

This app works well and the level of customization is amazing for something with no subscription model. The only 2 issues is that: 1. New Searches will not load while I’m using the extension. Previous searches do though. 2. The extension does make Safari laggy. It’s not too big a deal but it’s still kinda annoying. Overall good extension and worth your money.

Works for the most part. Every now and then it breaks searching on youtube unless I turn off shorts blocking 1 star: It keeps breaking the search snd its pissing me off

Followed all steps, and YouTube still showed all recommended feeds. Contacted the developer. Awaiting response

title. app does not yet work in safari with ios 18 update

Not intend to spam with a low rating but there’s not a way to have 2-way communication with the developer.. App Store says it allows family share but my family accounts cannot download after family share. The billing session on the app page also describes a subscription based while I paid the one time download fee.. Hope these get addressed in some way

Unless there is a problem with an app, I never leave a review. This app truly deserves the highest praise! I can go to yt with an intention and leave when the video is over. Amazing!!! I hope the developer is overflowing with blessings.
