The app used to be pretty good, but like other users it's been really frustrating that it feels like I have to login every time I open the app. Now it won't let me connect my personal Instagram account anymore, it appears to give you the option to connect either a business or personal account, but when you try to connect a personal account, it asks you to change to a business account. The links to the help desk just go to a generic zen desk "page not found".
There are so many things wrong with this app… When you add a photo it duplicates the photo multiple times which is really annoying. It won’t allow you to place the photo in the correct spot on the grid, it constantly moves the photos around by itself so you’re unable to use the app for what’s it’s intended for. Anytime you add a photo it moves the photo to another spot. It moves your already posted Instagram photos out of order… it’s horrible. If this app is supposed to allow you to test and plan the aesthetics of your grid, it doesn’t work. It seems to have a mind of its own and puts the photo wherever it wants. Then you try to correct it, and it just puts the photo in another spot that you don’t want. So frustrating!
Scheduled my first post via UNUM and it didn’t post anything, I had to manually share the post from the app to Insta feed and copy the caption because even copying the whole post including photo and caption isn’t possible with this app
Doesn’t support LinkedIn Page (but supports Profile, why?). Doesn’t support Pinterest Page. When you click on the support link from app, it opens up zen desk website, 404 error. Bio.bar (link in bio feature) goes against instagram policy. Even their own IG account mot using bio.bar due to the same reason. Basically only publish content to IG & FB. Which you can do it from Instagram too.
Absolutely love(d) this app and been a paid user for a while.. but the last few updates are terrible and I legit can’t use the app atm. Photos keep bouncing, edits rewinded etc. And yes I’m aware of the rewind button. I don’t push it and it just deletes my edits or moving images by itself. Will there be another update soon to fix it?
I really liked this app for years but idk what this update is with having to “select 10 photos” to upload into UNUM to then choose from. Why can’t I just import directly from my camera roll anymore?! Pls fix this
Another fake free app.. False Description.
I’ve used UNUM for several years and the app used to be so good but now it’s so slow and buggy, nothing else on my phone is slow, just UNUM, the app is completely updated, and I’ve installed and re-installed. Reels that I’ve hidden from my ig feed still appear on my UNUM feed, even when I’ve turned off the ‘show all reels in my feed’ feature.
i've been using unum for as long as i can remember, and have been on a subscription because it used to be helpful. but the last few updates make this app unbearable and frustrating to use. takes a full minute before the app registers i've clicked the 'add photos' button and bring up my camera roll. and even after that the app freezes, making me wait another minute to be able to scroll or even select a photo. i've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and nothings worked.
What the heck happened to the insights?
