The new ‘big’ update is horrible.
After updating the app (I’ve been using it for year) it says register to continue using UNUM , but I already have an account. As it gives me no other option I try to register my email again to which it say email already in use yet it doesn’t give me the flipping option to login. As someone who works in UI/UX I have so many questions on how they could make such a giant error in their code before rolling out the much awaited big update. UNUM get it together. Hire better designers and coders.
New update is a let down
This app is such a let down!! So much potential but buggy product! I want to use it and track my social media performance but not able to thanks to the bugs that keep signing me out. Every time that happens my stats start from scratch! and now I am not able to connect my insta page!!! Like why????
This is the slowest photo editing app I’ve ever used
This works so slow it takes so long for it to import photos and to save changes within the app. Not at all satisfied. And moreover it made other apps slow as well I don’t know how but after deleting unum every other app function went back to normal, that’s how I know.
Missing templates
I couldn’t find the story templates. Only the story layout options and effects are available.
Great app, wish the offset feature remained
Hello, I’ve been using your app since a while now and I really think you guys made some great upgrades especially with the offset feature. It’s disappointing that it can no longer be accessed. Please do bring it back.
Went from being the best app to the WORST!
This app went from the best to the worst in a matter of one week!!! I don’t know what it’s engineers or designers are trying but they ruined the perfect app. I deleted every other app, because this one did all the work, sadly they came up with a new version that doesn’t do 1/10th of the work their previous version did! Why would you fiddle with it?

App crashing on startup
The app will not open up , it just crashes when I try to launch it :(
Good idea but slow!
I love the idea behind the creation of this app. And it can be so very helpful with the scheduling feature (which never worked for me btw) But this app runs on turtle speed 😖 It is so slow that it’s frustrating. I have a business page and I wish the scheduling feature actually ends up working. Too bad.
