Ignore comments from longer than a year the app is almost completely remade and always for the better.  UW is an incredible service that has paid for itself many times over by giving an edge on where and which way the smart money is flowing.

Update: I figured that I needed to adjust my Custom Alerts on the web first — I am getting notification on the app now, thanks!

I somehow stopped getting all push notifications (for flow plus my custom alerts) on the app sometime ago. All notifications settings appears to be on on my end, so I am at a loss as to why I don’t get any notifications on iOS. Any help would be highly appreciated!

These guys are committed to there costumers, and traders just like there users. They never stop innovating, and bringing the top of the line improvements to our finger tips. But the greatest part of all of this is there ability to keep it affordable, for starters, advanced, and in between. You have time to level up your trading while not taking a huge hit every month for the payment. And once you learn to use the info and flow provided, this app pays for itself. I cannot thank you guys enough.

Net flow page second section call/put premium the blue border lines directly in site on the call premium # - unable to view on app. 

Same for mkt tide section. Also flow alerts unable to view info as it’s overlapping as well.

Appreciate the work that the devs put into developing the mobile app. It is definitely impressive considering they are a small company. With that being said, there is some room for improvement on the mobile app, but I am confident they will improve it as they are able.

I wanted to try this software because certain people on Twitter make a big deal about it. 

The software is very glitchy, is missing a lot of information that does show in other subscriptions, it has way too much information, making it so complicated to just focus on option flow. 

It is the worst options data. Ridiculous and sad subscription I ever had to use in my life. No wonder they don’t accept refunds. They should be reported.

Whomever thought of the new UI update, i just want to say you should find a new career. You made everything all “pretty” but functional wise it is more useless than ever before. Please before you make changes such as these, find someone with half a brain and ask them for a second opinion. ### **--- "Great Online Website but this App Needs Work"
Love the UW website and I’m a yearly super buffet subscriber. The ways they slice, dice and display the market data is revolutionary, and it truly has made a big difference in my investment tactics. 

However this app is kinda like a webpage that isn’t optimized for safari. It doesn’t quite fit the screen and some of the buttons are unresponsive. 

Also on their iOS display alerts - once they are clicked on - the headline of the information goes away. Ex -“AAPL 165c 11/4/2022 500K” you click on that alert and then the page that comes up shows everything but exactly what the whole alert was about. (?) 

They’ve got some work to do on this thing but I’m confident once they put focus on it - it will be really useful. Right now they are just checking the box so that they can say they have an app on the App Store.
