Buggy, slow
Always bugging, stopping, returning errors. A nightmare

App Infinity Secure Dues not work after latest update
After latest update the app's infinity secure function cannot work. When access the screen just showed rotating exclamation circle.. Please check and update.
Rubbish app
Not user friendly and many issues
Useless app. Totally not user friendly
Reported in June. Developer’s response was “Thank you. Your feedback will help improve bla bla bla”. Until now, the issue persists! App hangs when transactions need to be made! Business transactions are interrupted because of this useless app. Apps are to make things convenient. But this is the most inconvenient all ever! And the developer is not doing much to resolve!!!
Please enable exporting pdf from the app!!
I absolutely hate it to the bottom of my heart that you cannot export payment slip from the app!! It’s supposed to be making life easier not harder!! Have to go to the website to download pdf.. also what’s the point of blocking screenshot if users can’t share pdf payment slip.. I can use mobile browser to open the website but the stupid mobile version also doesn’t allow exporting pdf. Had to click request desktop site only can have the export pdf function but can only annoyingly use it in landscape mode.. Hope can improve on this.. #absolutelyannoying
Lag and not user friendly
This is the worst banking app I ever used. Always hang at the page and moving no where.
Share/print receipt
Why is there no option to print or share receipt after a transaction is done? This is very basic requirement.
