Your app very bad UX! I cant find how to sell off my unit trust. Should be better expected from UOB!

Face ID failed

Face ID cannot login keep failed login, I have to use password login. Waste time.. I have cimb, rhb, posb all one time can login already, only this UOB! Keep wasting time! Very poor app!

Crashed on recent version

Updated two days, the apps keep crashed when open my accounts details

this app request otp login via token but the token no longer working / valid. cant access my account at all. and customer service is bad. contacted 3 times and CS didn’t get back to me even though promise to get in touch within 3 days!!

App has been under “maintenance” forever?

I’ve tried logging in to the App since… probably last month? Whenever I want to login, a pop-up stating that there’s problem on their side. They’re fixing it bla bla bla. I’ve even called UOB customer service a few times but problem wasn’t solved at all. I’ve been told to delete and reinstall the App but unfortunately still not working. I couldn’t have access to my account through the App and couldn’t perform transaction with it.

Can’t be login

1 months I'm try use this apps but still can’t login. Before this I'm use is working but after I’m updated this apps can’t be used.

Crashing

It’s been three days I’ve been trying to log in my account but the app keeps crashing not even on for seconds. Can’t even log in thru uob website since the log in needs otp on the app. What a joke.
