Unable to login or do paynow.

Error message saying “We’re experience a problem on our end. We’re working on a fix.” Last Friday till now.

Can’t lock away fixed deposit

Normally most of the $ is in FD. If lock away service is not able lock FD it defeats it purpose of safeguarding most of the cash.

So many broken features

Can’t even paste account numbers into fields for transfers, such a basic requirement and yet they prevent people from doing it. They’re hoping people will type in wrong account numbers so they can charge fees? Searching for organization or bank lists, type one letter and they turned off the keyboard. Gotta keep tapping on the field again after every letter. Seriously, such basic requirements can’t even get it done properly? How does this pass the App Store approval in the first place?

Application bugs need to be fixed

UOB TMRW needs a lot of fine running, - display wrong balance is one of them. Some transactions on UOB Internet Banking are disabled and transferred to TMRW, It doesn’t work in TMRW, still bugs to be fixed.

Really easy, safe & fast

Not the friendliest user interface ard.

I find the UOB app’s user interface difficult to manoeuvre. It’s not the most instinctive and intuitive where navigation through the app is concern. I usually hv to click a few sections before i find the function or information. It has improved over time but still lacking.

Poor Service

What services do you provide which needed 400MB? Couldn’t have a one clear sheet to show summaries! 😠

silly process and cant see font col when tryg to give review in review box.

writing blind coz the font col is white like the background.. seruous? when u click make payment from your cc card acc, the system still hv to ask which payment is this for ie select card/account.. pretty unintuitive. e pls auto correct typo coz i cant see at all

Frozen for many days

The last time I tried using this new version was 5 days ago but it froze. Up to now I’m unable to get it to work, not even to get out of that frame. I used to like how the app was seamless and user friendly but this new version just doesn’t work for me. I gave a 2-star rating only because I generally like UOB.
