Never buy any course from Upgrad they are fraud people, gave fake commitments to steal money. Cousellor Shubham Goel paid from his own pocket the blocking amount when we said we dont have 25k block amount , on top of that he said return once you get salary and dont cancel admission otherwise Upgrad will give him ATL that is Ask to Leave.. Made is emotional that we should think of his job, we believed him. After joining the course the Upgrad biddy said average hike after course completeion is 40% , Shubham had given altogether different picture of minimum 80% hike. During bootcamp in first werek before commencement of course we said that we dont want to fo the course because of false commitments, but upgrad people are like you can take other course but no refund possible even when it was a false commitments from their end, never join UPgrad … They are Fraudsters!!
Dear App Team, I would like to bring to your immediate attention an issue with the iOS version of the Upgrade Learning app. Whenever we start a video in the app, the default volume is extremely high, regardless of the current volume settings on our phones. This sudden loud audio is quite disruptive and can be uncomfortable, especially when using headphones. Users are forced to manually lower the volume after the video starts, which is not an ideal experience. This issue is not only inconvenient but could also potentially harm users’ hearing over time. We kindly request that you adjust the default video volume to a lower level or ensure that it matches the user’s current phone volume setting. Please treat this as a high-priority concern, as it significantly impacts the user experience. We would appreciate a prompt resolution in the next update. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a quick fix.
