The app provides no management functions (other than calendar) that you normally get when logged in to the web interface (uplisting.io) such as marking checked-in, checked-out, rental agreements, etc. I will say it does do calendar management and messaging management well (the ONLY functions it has,) but I find it irritating that I don't have all of my normal control that I get when I log in online. A very basic app, for sure. Better to just create a shortcut icon on your phone that takes you to the mobile version so that you can have full control rather than using this extremely dumbed-down and limited app (Google or ask ChatGPT how to create a web page shortcut for your specific mobile operating system if you don't know how. It creates what looks like an app icon that opens up and loads a web page in your mobile browser when you click on it.) -- Michael.Wolf, 2024-08-21 ### *---- "Crashes immediately on startup" I was previously having an issue where every time I started up the app it wanted me to re-login, so I updated the app to the latest version 2.7.7 and now the app won’t even start up, it immediately crashes when you tap on the icon.
