She made me feel safe and calm. She is assertive when speaking and helped me immediately

Glad to have this service since I’m disabled. Nice not to have to get showered, dressed, to the car, drive in traffic, find a place to park, hobble to the Drs office, then after the visit go home, then back out when meds are ready at the pharmacy, pick them up, then finally go home, check my blood sugar & blood pressure, then make myself something to eat then take the meds, drink fluids & rest. It’s a bit much when you’re healthy let alone fighting an illness on top of all your other incurable illnesses.

As a UPMC employee, I cannot say enough how wonderful the service is! Fast easy should’ve done it a couple days ago so I could’ve felt better faster. Highly recommend.

The app is easy to use for a video visit. You get the same level care as if you were physically in the Doctors office. UPMC is the best!

I believe this is the best form of appointment when you are alone and unable to drive to an actual in person appointment. I needed medication and advice. The provider was very professional, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend for future patients.

Had a sinus infection for almost 2 weeks, it had gotten much worse and I used anywhere care. Jenna was super helpful, efficient and timely, she sent me a prescription right over to the pharmacy when I told her what the problem was. App is easy to use and everything is super convenient!!

My virtual urgent care provider was wonderful!!!!!
