Rarely ever pairs and if it does, you’re not able to connect to the bluetooth for streaming music. This is for both my iPhone and my husbands Samsung, so it’s not my phone. We’ve tried deleting the swing and reconnecting it as a new device, deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as followed all the troubleshooting steps on the website.
