## Upper Hand Sports and Fitness Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible"
Absolute garbage. Constant password issues and does not work with password managers. Can’t wait until businesses move to a different app.
-- Homeprojects, 2025-09-26

### **--- "Annoying"
This app, and its website, crashes about 70% of the time that you try to use it. It is extremely frustrating as a customer. Due to its frequent crashes, it is more worth your time and effort to drive to the location of your class and book your lessons there. This situation is very disappointing, as when it does decide to stop crashing, it is easy to use and proficient in its tasks.
-- carlie !, 2025-08-13

### *---- "Frustrated"
This is the first time I have ever written a review but this app has to be the most difficult app ever for a customer to use. Every month it is a struggle (guessing every clickable area) to find the calender. It would be nice to add that to the home screen or the managed profile screen. User friendliness would be a plus.
-- Jt🚀, 2024-09-27

### *---- "Unreliable and difficult to use"
Frequent crashes. No way to set preferences or defaults. No way to remove a gym or training location even if you never want to use it again. I hate using it.
-- jmf9876543, 2024-09-23

### **--- "Least user friendly app ever created"
The least user friendly app I have ever had to use
-- bait and scam, 2024-08-28

### *---- "Wrong email"
Put in wrong email address and can’t seem to change it to register.Sent message for help and never heard back.
-- Freddy1864, 2023-09-27

### *---- "Double books and crashes/hangs frequently"
The app crashes regularly and, due to a badly timed crash, created duplicate profiles so that every time I book something, it double books, but for some reason I have no option to delete the duplicate profile on the app or cancel bookings without calling the business.
-- BoHorse Jackman, 2021-06-19

### *---- "Quandary"
It won’t let me set up an account.... not very new user friendly :-(
-- participant1970, 2020-07-08

### *---- "Worst running app on my phone"
This app is terrible, crashes all the time. I can maybe schedule one thing before I have to shut it down and start over again. As a business owner, I’m spending most of my time dealing with issues regarding upper hand. Our last scheduling software was free and ran much better.
-- RRHky, 2020-05-13

### ***** "Wow"
Lit
