## UPS Access Point Description
The UPS Access Point™ application provides the technology for registered and authorized UPS Access Point™ locations to perform the following four main services of a UPS Access Point™ location;
 
·         Driver Delivery 
·         Customer Pickup 
·         Customer Drop Off
·         Inventory Management
 
This UPS Access Point™ application also allows UPS Access Point™ location attendants to manage their onsite package inventory.  Accurate and timely scans allow customers to have accurate and up to date visibility to their package’s status.
 
The application is supported on iOS Mobile devices with iOS 13 or later installed.
 
For an optimal experience, please provide permission for the  UPS Access Point™ application to access your:

Die Spezialisten bekommen es seit über einem Jahr nicht hin für das iPhone 14 pro die Kamera zu fixen.
Ich kann nichts scannen weils nicht fokussiert

Es ist wirklich eine Frechheit, dass UPS keine eigenen Scanner in den Shops zur Verfügung stellt. DHL, GLS, Hermes, DPD – alle haben Geräte, nur bei UPS müssen die Mitarbeiter ihre privaten Handys benutzen! Und dann funktioniert die App nicht mal richtig. Seit dem iPhone 14 kann die Kamera beim Scannen nicht fokussieren, und das Problem besteht seit Jahren – aber UPS kümmert sich einfach nicht darum.

Noch schlimmer: Warum gibt es keine ordentliche Vollmacht auf der Benachrichtigung? DHL hat das, Hermes hat das, DPD hat das, GLS hat das – nur UPS nicht! Da steht zwar eine Telefonnummer drauf, aber eine richtige Vollmacht fehlt. Das führt nur zu unnötigem Stress, Diskussionen und genervten Kunden.

Und jetzt mal ehrlich: Habt ihr euch eigentlich mal eure eigenen Bewertungen angeschaut? 1,5 Sterne von 39 Leuten – und keiner gibt euch drei oder vier Sterne. Ist das nicht peinlich? Vielleicht sollte UPS endlich mal auf seine Kunden hören, statt alles zu ignorieren. Andere bekommen das doch auch hin – warum UPS nicht?

Der Scanner geht gar nicht, also da muss echt mal was gemacht werden die App ist wirklich nicht gut. Optisch und übersichtlich klasse, funktionell aber leider einfach schlecht. Schade das diese Probleme wohl auch schon länger so gehen und nichts passiert, wenn man so sieht was hier seit Jahren geschrieben wird.

Davon abgesehen dass UPS keine Zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter hat, ist dieseer Point genauso unzuverlässig! Nix funktioniert in diesem Unternehmen! Kein Barcode, keine Hotline, nichts! Keine Reaktion auf Emails und Anrufe!

Die Zuverlässigkeit der Übertragung ist mangelhaft. Serienweise Meldung "Anwendungsfehler bitte versuchen Sie es noch einmal".  Synchronisierung dauert zu lange obwohl im WLAN mit bester Signalstärke. Ein guter Grund die Tätigkeit als Access Point aufzugeben.

Eine professionelle Firma würde an einem Paketshop einen Scanner übergeben und nicht eigne private Handy um Kosten zu sparen. Ich habe viele ups Kunden weggeschickt weil ich die nicht scannen Konnte Ich wünsche mir einen echten Scanner liebe UPS

Man muss alles manuell ein tippen, was für die UPS Kunden sehr belastend ist.
