Making me pay over 100$ for fees, just from one small package

Used to work fine for tracking, but some recent update has broken it - it won’t open the tracking info for saved tracking IDs. Totally nonresponsive when I try to open them.

It’s a decent tracking app. But the last one has made it very hit and miss for if you can actually open the tracking details. It just doesn’t respond when you try to open the detailed tracking details.

Half the time I tap on a saved package to get an update, the app is non-responsive. Kinda useless if its unable to provide the info its designed for.

J’ai payer un extra pour être envoyer dans les plus brefs délais pour qu’au final je recois ma commande plus tard que prévue a cause que le livreur n’a pas voulus me laisser ma commande a la porte et je suis très frustrée de la situation car je ne peux recevoir ma commande plus tard puisque je ne pourrais pas recevoir ma commande les prochains jours.

This app sucks. I never been able to login with my credentials, that i know that are good. Always received that error (7dv10) that the login name or password are wrong, and have to reset the password that supposedly i forgot. Developers return at work and correct the bugs ASAP!

App is barely functional. Can’t change address, phone number, or anything. The “UPS My Choice” service doesn’t exist at all within the app despite advertising it in emails. You can’t leave a message for the delivery driver, so good luck if you want to get a package that needs a signature and you don’t have access to the front door where they deliver. Truly awful experience, use any other postal service.

Garbage company, if package is delivered by this company expect 5 more days than the delivery estimate.

To be fair, Delivery to Morrin, Alberta, Canada is always late. It might be better in large cities or warehouse centres but county delivery is horrible. Drivers always have feeble excuses.
