App gives you nothing except tracking the parcel (which by the way is the real madhouse, so many steps like “scan in the warehouse” everyday morning, app announced me 37! activities from day of dispatching to delivery🤪). they can't deliver packages even within Europe! in Greece my package was a month old, the app said they couldn't contact me. but no one called me! the app doesn't allow you to change the delivery or contact me about your delivery, it's useless.

They didn’t send me any email for the customs clearance and I only received it after calling the support and spending half an hour asking them to send it to me.  Unfortunately it was too late and they charged me extra 40 euro  for the package being in the warehouse for too long. Ridiculous.
