Useless app
Completely useless. Registration with ridiculous amount of information is needed and then nothing works. Extending or changing of deliveries needs to be done via phone anyway. Unistalling the app right now.

Dont try to even download it. There is nothing you can do and its easier if you use the internet Website.
Ups never again
Nikdy více UPS. I po založení účtu, stáhnutí aplikace, několikanásobnému zadávání stejných údajů, nejde změnit doba doručení. Absolutně nedoporučuji. Terrible service and useless app, hard pass on any UPS service in the future.

The worst mobile app ever made
The title says it all. The app is useless and badly developed.
Do better.
I never had problem with other shipping companies but with UPS I always had. They told me that my package was gonna arrive yesterday, and yesterday ,IN THE EVENING, they sent me an email that it’s going to arrive today. I still didn’t get any email when it’s going to arrive. Last time when I ordered they told me the package is going to arrive bettween 12-2PM, it came 3 hours later when I wasn’t home. Plus it took them over a week to deliver it. How come when I order from a official website of a brand like Tommy Hilfiger or Vans, it comes to my country within a day, from Netherlands. And you aren’t able to deliver the package in the country within 7 days? That’s ridiculous.

Can’t even start the app
App won’t let me accept its terms and services While it’s web version won’t let me change my location to Europe, and for some reason the delivery people are too blind to find name on the doorbell, so I’m stuck in limbo
UPS - never again!
My parcel was not delivered and I barely managed to recover it from their logistics centre - completely smashed with all the content broken into pieces! Literally! Not a single glass has survived this great “service” by UPS. Never again!
