Would I recommend? Only if they already have a package in transit with the company.

This app has been trash for years and nobody seems to mind. One click and sign for a package….no let make them sign up for ups choice along with the regular app! Yea great idea. They never improve why should they? Basically you spend hours trying to get something changed and finally is breaks you to the point where you just give up and let them do whatever they want with you package. Whether it be take it to the post office or just return it because you don’t have time to go get it! Thank UPS app. Love the drivers but hate the app

Package dropped off to UPS on Monday at noon. Tried to track the package for past 4 DAYS, and it still says the number has not been added into their system yet???? Isn’t it added when the package is received at the UPS office SND LABEL CREATED??? I can track a USPS the minute I bring it to them. FROM NOW ON I use USPS. Oh, and actually LOOK at the house number on yhe house !!!

This app is literally of no use because nothing is correct on the app. It stated my package was arriving one day and I waited all day and it never arrived. I emailed UPS, was told the package would arrive today yet the app still is stating delivery date pending and that it has been out for delivery in my town for 3 days. Why have an app if it isn’t reliable? Waste of time and space on my phone.

They took 3 days and made more to send the package from the state to the delivery truck

Don’t ever trust the print your own label feature through eBay. They’ll claim the package was overweight and charge you extra weeks after the item was delivered.

UPS has AI now and they will not deliver to my home address in a house in a neighborhood where ups once delivered to my door they will no more so I refuse to do business with ups is horrific

Every single year it’s canceled and every single year packages are delivered to us via UPS, switched to USPS and the packages are stolen. Every single year I sign back up and make sure My Choice is squared away to renew automatically. You can’t imagine what it’s like to have much needed medication stolen when you’re expecting the service you’re paying for to hold it. Stop canceling this service!

The only defect is the lack of professionalism of the delivery people to leave them exactly at the height of the mailbox or, failing that, at the door or are there agreements so that they get lost? If they don't throw them away, they leave them far from the mailbox where someone else can take them. The cameras record where they leave them and if they get lost, they then say that they have already delivered them. It's out of place, but they get away with it by doing a bad job, leaving losses for the person who buys something, and where the purchase is made, they use their services.
