How is it possible to create an app that fails in so many ways? Tried to go to shipment settings, need to enter own address -> fails. Want to see other tracking functions? Join My Choice -> Fails (US only) Basic log in -> Fails, need to rest password -> Fails some times. Etc. Etc.

A terrible user experience. As long as things are going well, it doesn't matter, but when you want support or even a change of pick-up date, you're in trouble. My advice, use a company other than UPS if you want to chat with someone other than a stupid chatbot, all other channels are disabled.

Todella huono käyttökokemus. Niin kauan kuin kaikki sujuu hyvin, sillä ei ole väliä, mutta kun tarvitset tukea tai haluat vaikka muuttaa noutopäivää, olet pulassa. Neuvoni: käytä jotain muuta yritystä kuin UPS, jos haluat keskustella jonkun muun kuin typerän chatbotin kanssa, sillä kaikki muut kanavat on suljettu.

I end up using UPS approximately every three years because it’s the only delivery option. Every time, it surprises me how the app and the whole delivery experience can still be so miserable. Lots of bugs, tacky UI, inability to edit delivery info, etc., etc. Seriously, it’s almost 2025…

Apple should ban these bad applications from the App Store.

We are living 2024 and one of the biggest parcel service provider in the world has released such bad app. Looks like it was developed by lawyers. There is no possibility to write from keyboard on the fields even! Come on!

This is the worst app I have on my phone. Nothing is working: it doesn’t find nearby stores, it tracks my package but then it says “no delivery scheduled”, i cannot change the pick up point or delivery date nor anything else, they don’t notice when the pick up point is closed, and more. Frustrating

No help using this ”app”. It only directs you to use browser version, which also is absolute shambles. Cant imagine if there’s anything UPS can do right.

How can a company like UPS work with an app which is so bad… trying to save my address but constantly get a technical issue error message month after another even when trying to figure out possible solutions why the app doesn’t work. Mitään et saa lisää niihin tietoihin mitä saat selaimen kautta. Mistään ei löydy kohtaa missä voisi vaikuttaa paketin toimitukseen ( eipä löydy kyllä selaimen kauttakaan)… Eli: aivan turha, miksi pitää väkisin yrittää sovellus väkertää kun ei siitä kuitenkaan ole mitään hyötyä?

Odotan aina kauhulla kun UPS on toimittamassa pakettia. Sovellus ei ikinä toimi ja tälläkin hetkellä osoitetietojen tai muiden henkilökohtaisten tietojen lisääminen sovellukseen ei onnistu. 

Odotan tälläkin hetkellä pakettia saapuvaksi joka vaatii allekirjoituksen sen luovuttamiseksi. Paketti seilaa todennäköisesti kuljetusauton kyydissä useamman päivän, koska kuskit ei osaa ottaa sinuun yhteyttä.
Kerrostalossa missä asun on ovikoodi rappuun pääsemiseksi ja tämä estää tietty kuskia pääsemästä toimittamaan pakettia. Sovellukseen ei pysty syöttämämäön ovikoodia, koska se ilmoittaa ”teknisistä ongelmista”

Joudun jälleen soittamaan asiakaspalveluun että paketti pysähtyisi varastolle, mistä sen pääsee noutamaan..

En ymmärrä miten tämä firma osaa tehdä asioista näin vaikeita..

Vaikka laitat puhelinnumeron appiin se ei auta, kukaan ei soita ja saat ilmoituksen että ei ole ovikoodia, ei toimiteta, ja autoa ei tietty näe koko päivänä. Rekisteröidyin appiin koska siinä annettiin ymmärtää että rekisteröitymällä voi ovikoodin lisätä mutta heti rekisteröinnin jälkeen koko ovikoodi-kenttä oli kadonnut.

UPS kanssa on joka kerta sama juttu, kertaakaan en ole saanut pakettia näiltä kotiin, tällä apilla ei tee mitään.

Kyllähän tälläkin näkee, että ”ei olla oltu kotona, kun on yritetty pakettia toimittaa”, mutta enpä suosittelisi tätä sovellusta kellekään.

Sovellus on yhtä luotettava kuin UPSän kotiinkuljetus.
