The worst delivery company ever. The site doesn’t work everytime it says that there is an error and try later, I want to change a delivery date and I am trying around 3 days to do that coz of the errors and how bad the app is formed. 1 star is a lot for you

They don’t have even some way to be in contact with them, they never replied to your messages because the reason they can’t even text them any messages is they have just one robot who makes useless questions to you. Give you Stupid answers to your search for the details you already know. The never-on-time the deadline when they have to bring your stuff. Terrible I don't recommend it

What is the purpose for such app if I can not sign up and if I can not use it

You should add QR-BARCODE scanner if someone has a pre-paid return ticket ready.

Hands down the most outdated app I ve tried to use

Only thing that works in the app is tracking. Every other thing you click on gives you an error message. Been trying to add driver directions for well over a year since the drivers can’t even read a sign with directions. Was hoping they’d notice it in the app or maybe they’re handheld is in multiple languages. Not every company gives the option to pay extra to use a more reliable carrier like F*dEx or US Post to avoid the hassles of dealing with a cut rate shipping company. Stuck with them I guess.
