Why should I spend the whole day worrying about the when will the package arrive and I don't get any call or any kind of information to know when approximately they will arrive ..why should I To wait for the delivery man next to the door from 8am to 8pm and checking the cars if it's a UPS one???????

I spend the whole day worrying about the package to find out that they registered delivery attempt as failed due to my absence which is not true.. I don’t get any call or any kind of information to know when approximately they will arrive .. I am extremely busy and I do not understand what they are trying to tell me .. To wait for the delivery man next to the door from 8am to 8pm and checking the cars if it’s a UPS one ???????

A világ legrosszabb futárszolgálata! Utálom!!

Majdnem 2 hónapja rendeltem egy csomagot Amerikából; kifizettem minden vámköltséget, telefonáltam, de nem vették fel egyszer sem, majd írtam nekik különböző e-maileket, amit válaszra se méltatnak, de annyira hogy a saját ügyfélszolgálatuknak se válaszolnak. A csomagot továbbra se kaptam meg. Senkinek nem ajánlom.
