Pathetic how the UPS working. I can’t understand why the companies choose UPS when they want to ship their package to customer. The customer can’t even speak with real person in the customer service. The tracking history not freshing properly. I mean in the sort list i can see for example january 6th for the last update, but when i click on “View all shipping details” their i can see last changing was on janury 8th but it’s doesen’t showing me what really happaned to the package. Also in my experience the UPS one of the slowest deivery company compare to others. I can’t understand that online shops why don’t let the choice to the customer to decide the delivery company

I’ve ordered a package last week to the correct address and I have no delivery or attempted missed delivery. I can’t change the address cause I need a certain number. There’s no live chat and you need credit to ring them which I don’t have. So therefore my package is just stranded with little no NO HELP FROM UPS!

I saw the reviews saying it is just the same as the website, it is not! The app helped me reset the password and the website did not. Also its much better than my expectations of it. There is bugs, but they're minor and manageable. The app is good, worth the download.

Took forever to complete all required details. App clunky and kept failing. Only reason I was signing up was to reschedule a delivery. And after all that you had to wait for the reference from an attempted delivery to reschedule!! In the event they left a €200 pair of walking boots outside the front door. The ‘POD’ on the tracking info was ‘Mrs Doorstep’. I don’t even have a door step!

No extra information is provided form tracking online. What’s the point of the app apart from harboring more data on UPS customers? Every time I tried to get “more information” on my parcel it would send back to the log in page and then tell me to verify my email address AGAIN. Rubbish, don’t waste your time.
