Pourquoi faire une app si aucune fonctionnalité est prévu. on ne peu même pas laisser des informations au livreur, par exemple on sélectionne « porte avant » (déjà pour un immeuble…) sans possibilité d indiquer un code ou interphone.
Pas de contact.
Et ça demande des identifiants de connexion digne d’une banque.

L’app donnes des info oui mais la gestion des colis et un véritable enfer et dépression qui vous renvoie à une connexion internet sur votre compte. Rien que le système de login est un casse tête et la suite encore pire et en plus pas la votre langue pour terminer ce cauchemar.

Die Zustelloptionen sind vielleicht für amerikanische Häuser im mittleren Westen zutreffend, aber hier in Europa haben wir keine „Veranda“ oder einen „Türsteher“ wo man das Paket abgeben kann. Diese App ist so unfassbar schlecht, dass man eigentlich meinen könnte, es sei ein Experiment, um zu sehen, wie schnell die Leute die Nerven verlieren.

Jeder andere Zustelldienst findet meine Adresse, nur UPS nicht.
Es ist nicht möglich, die Fahrer zu erreichen. 
Am 4. November verlässt mein Paket die Einrichtung. 
Ich möchte das Paket verfolgen. 
Das Paket geht von Deutschland in die Schweiz. 
Auf einmal geht etwas schief, aber man weiss nicht was .
Man muss einfach warten, und es werden einfach Zustellversuch ausgeführt, die ins Leere führen. 
Zuerst habe ich gedacht, dass mein Paket gestohlen wurde. Jedoch kann ich auch keinen erreichen.
Doch plötzlich, am vierten Tag, als kein Zustellversuch möglich war, erreiche ich einen Fahrer Und sage ihm, wo er an der Adresse das Paket abstellen möchte.
Der Fahrer willigt ein und ich denke, dass am nächsten Tag das Paket kommt.Doch falsch gedacht.
Das Paket wird wieder nicht zugestellt. 
Bei einem erneuten Anruf, sagt der Fahrer, dass er nicht arbeite .
Dann ist erst mal Wochenende und nichts passiert. 
Montags versuche ich den Fahrrad zu erreichen. Endlich habe ich es geschafft, seine WhatsApp Nummer zu bekommen.
Ich schicke ihm die Fotos von dem Haus und vom Briefkasten, dass mein Name auch dort steht sowie den Ort, an dem er das Paket abstellen kann in Bildmaterial.
Doch auch das scheint nicht auszureichen, um für UPS eine Information darzustellen. 
Und Wider schafft UPS nicht das Paket zuzustellen.
Als ich über lange Suchen im Internet eine Servicenummer herausfinde und eine halbe Stunde in einer Warteschleife verbringen darf, habe ich eigentlich einen zuständigen Mitarbeiter am Telefon .

Dieser offenbart mir, dass die Adresse wohl falsch sei. 
Er würde die Firma nicht finden, wo er das hin liefern solle .

Ich fragte ihn nach dem Namen der Firma und er konnte ihn mir nicht sagen. 

Und ich sagte ihm, dass ich eine Privatperson bin .

Am nächsten Tag kommt das Paket wieder nicht. Und es ist wieder eine Woche verstrichen. 

Nie wieder UPS, es ist eine absolute Katastrophe.

Alle Paketdienste finden meine Adresse, nur UPS findet meine Adresse nicht.

Never saw such a flimsy, complicated and not functioning App and Website. You have to make an account and log in like five times just to change your delivery and at the end of the day it still won‘t work. At DHL for example it‘s a matter of two minutes to change your delivery. 
Never Again am I willingly using this shipping company again!! It would be easier to get the parcel by carrier pigeon than by UPS!
