The worst application I have came across. Doesn’t work properly, no solutions, can’t access my parcels, can’t type in my phone number, can’t access the live tracking and can’t pay my duty taxes online!! Doesn’t work terrible. It made me miss my delivery, very stressful experience I will not be using this delivery company in the future! Plus on top of that has a higher charges than other competitors and lower class delivery with more waiting time. 1/10 do not recommend at all

Worst Experience with UPS. 
To be honest, as expected they will delivered the parcel lately. 
Experience this last year too, even same this year.
Worst Staff and worst service.
Had better and best service with DHL , DHL highly recommended.
Never ever think of using UPS.

This is a very bad app
It state that my Dilevery is today and I didn’t get any call or anything 
Just an email stating my address is wrong , when I can see it in the app!!
And when am trying to amend it , it’s not clear at all and no matter how many times I change it , I don’t see anything is changed in the app
Am even trying to email them and it keep giving me error messages 
Am not sure how I should get my package!!! I need this very urgently

I bought something from apple store and they will send the shipment through the UPS. The shipment have delay due an incomplete address, as Im not able to add my address!! I tried many times to find a way to add the address but it didn’t works.. please help

The nerve of this company, I swear! They make a website and an app with the sole purpose of tracking packages and upsetting their customers. 

It’s impossible to get a number or help of some sort, no one to talk to, no phone number, no email, no options to help yourself by updating any info online AND you have to create an account to get notifications? Seriously? I don’t want an account with you! Im forced to receive a package by you because another company chose you but that’s it! 

The website works fine but it’s made in a way that doesn’t let you do anything meaning the company purposely doesn’t want people to get solutions…

Update your website, seriously. Help your customers to help themselves using your website because there’s no one in this company who’ll do it.

the logical steps are:
First verify all the login details to create a new account (email- user ID- phone number, etc)
Then, agree to the terms and conditions 

Your stupid application, proceed with the details, asks to agree to the terms and conditions (which takes long time to scroll) then displays error message: user ID already taken 

Such a stupid service you are providing and poor experience with your app

I don’t understand what kind of app developer you have 

The must important from this application as business account holder is to track my shipments ,, and when you open shipment history it shows the shipments only last status , not tracking and even it doesn’t mark the shipments that I Voided,
