The worst application I have came across. Doesn’t work properly, no solutions, can’t access my parcels, can’t type in my phone number, can’t access the live tracking and can’t pay my duty taxes online!! Doesn’t work terrible. It made me miss my delivery, very stressful experience I will not be using this delivery company in the future! Plus on top of that has a higher charges than other competitors and lower class delivery with more waiting time. 1/10 do not recommend at all

Interface is confusing
The interface is so confusing cant change my delivery address and there is no proper updates yet in the app

You cannot talk with the support, the info that a store put on the parcel show a wrong address and there is no way to change it or contact the support.

Just an email stating my address is wrong , when I can see it in the app!!
And when am trying to amend it , it’s not clear at all and no matter how many times I change it , I don’t see anything is changed in the app

I bought something from apple store and they will send the shipment through the UPS. The shipment have delay due an incomplete address, as Im not able to add my address!! I tried many times to find a way to add the address but it didn’t works.. please help

The nerve of this company, I swear! They make a website and an app with the sole purpose of tracking packages and upsetting their customers.
It’s impossible to get a number or help of some sort, no one to talk to, no phone number, no email, no options to help yourself by updating any info online AND you have to create an account to get notifications? Seriously? I don’t want an account with you! Im forced to receive a package by you because another company chose you but that’s it!
The website works fine but it’s made in a way that doesn’t let you do anything meaning the company purposely doesn’t want people to get solutions…
Update your website, seriously. Help your customers to help themselves using your website because there’s no one in this company who’ll do it.
