Customer Service non-existent
I really like the app, but customer service is virtually non-existent. It takes days to answer and the reply seems to be standardized and not related to the problem. For 500$/year one would expect more.

The app is great, comprehensive up-to-date content. However, the customer service when experiencing problems is basically nonexistent
The content is the most complete of any medical App I know and really „up to date“. Only the customer support takes days to react. Which is very sad if you pay more then 500 $ a year subscription fees.
The app .. so so , BUTT customer support ist 💯, they are so quick to respond and so so helpful !
Incredible resource summarizing every clinical topic with latest studies. When I published a paper about P. aeruginosa and read the article on UpToDate, I noticed they even included three days(!) old reports. So amazing work essential for every clinician. However, I miss the function of being able to mark the text. I would like to highlight and annotate, which is currently not possible.
Please update right away. We will just not ever tell you how, just send you this message 3 to 7 times. If you want me to upload content give me a clue as to how this is supposed to work!!! There is no button anywhere in the app to do this. If you click away the message you don't know it it did anything in the background. I get the message even when the app is up to date.
You get the feeling they do not want you to subscribe, mostly random text parts when answering and not helping with your questions. Mobile App add on fees are just not acceptable anymore, and then only for two! devices... At the end of the subscription process taxes are added on top of the already high fees. Proof of status process is also quite random...the whole process is annoying.
It took me quite some time to find the most reliable, most cutting-edge, easiest accessible and “up to date” resource. This is it! Really useful also for looking up USMLE concepts! Simply the best.
Es gibt nichts besseres für Mediziner. In Deutschland peinlicherweise kaum bekannt
