AMAZING APP, but hasn’t worked propely in months
I absolutely love this app and use it religiously. However, in the last 5 months, its been glitching and I’ve had to relaunch in everytime and start over. If the app is fixed, my rating would be 5/5

The frequent and incessant notifications to login to hospital network has become annoyingly frustrating. Even when you follow its instructions and authenticate through hospital network the annoyances don’t stop. I’m about to give up.
This app used to work great but now is all glitchy. Tried uninstalling it and re-installing it without improvement.
The service provides good content. However, as bad as their app is, their customer service is worse. Using the app on mobile comes at an extra subscription cost. The fact that it is currently unusable is inexcusable. They cannot even understand the problem. There is a lack of comprehension of the written word on their part, no matter how clear or specific the problems are communicated.
I have had the app on my iPhone for several years and I get a notification every 90 days to reauthenticate thru my institution which I do. This last notification I took care of, but the notification won’t go off of the app so it’s constantly looking like I have a message or something I need to read or take care of. I’ve clicked on everything I can think of within the app, I’ve logged out and back in, and I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again, and the notification number is still on the app icon. I also tried to turn off notifications in my phone settings and it won’t show this app to me to do that. It only did this within the past 2-3 weeks so I’m guessing it’s an update issue. Please fix!
Content is great , but customer support is absolutely abysmal, app locked out my access randomly email support just sends in a loop that does not solve anything , phone contact has no one on the other end , it’s been 5 days leaving messages , still no access
…and the website is always down. Will look elsewhere for reference material and CME I guess.
At the moment my app is totally useless. It keeps saying I need to update local files, I tell it to do so, nothing happens, I get no search results for anything
Really helpful resource, but it is pretty ridiculous to require employer verification every 3 months to use the mobile app. Defeats the purpose of the app if have to log in a desktop so often.
It’s the greatest medical app but the problem is offline content. When an offline update is available it downloads the whole 2GB over again and it’s terrifying.
