Even if you manage to get your product return they don’t give you any money back or anything and they just accept the product. Everything is good fine. It’s all returned you get nothing out of it. I can even show your mail that I have sent. I have not received a single reply for that email. They don’t have any customer support. You’re gonna burn your money while purchasing something in the app. -- Sheetal.chandel, 2026-09-30 ### *---- "Utterly disgusting" I placed order on 13 August 2026 and experienced severe problems: **DELIVERY DELAY:** - Website promises "7-10 day delivery" - First item arrived 14 Aug, second item arrived 17 Sept (35+ days later) - I had an event in late August - items were useless by arrival - Second item arrived 17 Sept (well within 7-day return window) - App shows "return window closed" with message "counted from order fulfillment date" - The app incorrectly calculates return window from FIRST delivery (Aug 14), not SECOND delivery (Sept 17) - This is a technical glitch that BLOCKS legitimate returns **USELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT:** - Contacted via WhatsApp and email (19-20 Sept) - Provided proof of 17 Sept delivery multiple times - They kept repeating: "try different browser," "clear cache," "incognito mode" - I followed every step - still didn't work - They ACKNOWLEDGED the website glitch but REFUSED to manually process the return - Asked for same screenshot 3+ times despite me providing it repeatedly - Never offered a phone call despite multiple requests - Final response: still asked for more screenshots instead of helping **WHAT I WANTED:** Simple fix: Accept return for second delivery item or manually process since THEIR system is broken **WHAT THEY DID:** Nothing. Ignored the problem, blamed the customer. **DO NOT BUY.** Products might look classy but TERRIBLE execution. If you need returns, this app/company won't help you. #ConsumerComplaints #BrokenApp #AwfulService -- Mitra0402, 2026-09-20 ### **--- "Needs to improve customer service" I have to say that the customer service and delivery service is pathetic of uptownie. I ordered twice from the app and both the times i faced so many inconvenience that i doubt i will use Uptownie further. -- aami_ej, 2026-08-17 ### *---- "Don’t shop from them" They don’t have any delivery ethic and cancellation ethic. My order was placed 19 days back and still no update on delivery . Products may be good but they sleep on your order. Not sure when I will receive my order -- Neha Ravi, 2026-08-17 ### ***** "Love shopping from here!" Quality is truly amazing especially for the price! -- Sheebs2795, 2026-08-03 ### *---- "Fraud alert" Fraud app kindly do not order from this app pathetic return policy , I would hv given below zero -- Navneetthind, 2026-07-28 ### *---- "Poor customer service and poor quality of product" Extremely poor customer service. They ignore customer messages, provide no proper updates, and make resolving issues unnecessarily difficult. Very disappointing experience -- Saakshi Mehta, 2026-07-10 ### *---- "Scammers" Never buy anything from this brand -- poojagupta, 2026-07-05 ### *---- "Poor quality product" I ordered from them got my order delivered almost after 2-3 months.. And then the quality of the product is poor cheap material used to make good design.. Its not always about the design with poor fabric quality it looks cheap.. I made a return and ordered different items from them , again poor fabric same issue.. Now i cant even the return the product coz it was purchased during store credit.. Do not order from sites where refund in cash is not possible.. Will i order from them again?? Never in my life.. Its better to go with Myntra, zara and hm.. -- Himani Dang, 2026-06-18 ### *---- "Order" I have never in my life come across such a useless app; an order placed on May 11th is still completely untraceable. And when I ask to cancel the order, they claim they are unable to do so—they are neither shipping the order nor canceling it. It is an absolutely worthless app. -- Tukusweet, 2026-06-01 [View all Uptownie reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Uptownie Available In - [India](https://apptail.io/app/uptownie-tEPt/india) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/uptownie-tEPt/canada) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/uptownie-tEPt/azerbaijan) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/uptownie-tEPt/israel) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/uptownie-tEPt/japan) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/uptownie-tEPt/mexico) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
