24 - 48 hours my a$s!  It’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard a word from these scam artist. 

I knew I would have to spend some money to use an app and it’s features so I was prepared to pay. The only problem is they made me pay for “premium” membership and it did nothing! I can’t view my likes or messages. Now when I click the view likes it’s not letting me view them and it says pay more money to view your likes and messages. I say no.  The first time I clicked view likes it says pay this price so I did. Go back to view it now instead of premium I need elite? Screw this I want my money back.

You’re heavily encouraged to break through the pay wall. 
I’ve selected specific denominations I’m not interested but continually get suggested outside those denominations.

The app is pretty decent if you’re American… there is alot of options and shows different denominations. However it doesn’t show the location at all, just how far away they are which is annoying for people who don’t want to move or have a long distance relationship. Also being from Canada you have to sift through all the Americans since there isnt a country filter. You’ll also get guys well out of your age range liking you as it seems not to consider your age range.

I was recently using the app. And I had made meaningful connections.  A few days later, I was terminated. I have contacted the support team and they refuse to tell me why while directing me to the terms of use page. I did read it over , and I cannot seem to find any breech that I have caused. I have gone through many emails now and no one seems to really answer my question directly. 

I feel I have been wrongly permanently terminated, and they refuse to tell me why. 

Something feels wrong. I still don’t really understand what happened.
