## Upwards Description
Upwards connects thousands of families every day with the best local caregivers to provide safe, affordable, high quality childcare.

As the nation's most loved network of vetted, licensed, and background checked caregivers, Upwards provides families a stress-free way to discover, meet, and book childcare with the best, parent-reviewed care providers in their area.

FIND THE PERFECT CAREGIVER FOR YOUR FAMILY WITH UPWARDS
Find daycares, nannies, and babysitters that meet your family's unique needs. No matter your schedule, budget, or special accommodations, Upwards allows you to easily match and vet providers to find the perfect fit for your child. Many caregivers complete a background check process when joining Upwards, but parents also have the ability to request a comprehensive evaluation from the app before meeting childcare providers.

MEET VIRTUALLY TO SAVE TIME WITH THE UPWARDS APP
We understand that finding the right caregiver is critical and your time as a parent is limited. Upwards makes it simple for parents and caregivers to connect, chat, and schedule virtual tours and interviews to ensure the right fit without the hassle. Once you've found your match, easily request and schedule childcare directly from the Upwards app.

WATCH YOUR KIDDO GROW AND DEVELOP
Upwards caregivers have access to hundreds of educational activities and curriculum designed to ensure that children are constantly learning and developing. All activities include comprehensive instructions that are catered to each age group (infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kiddos), as well as pointers for parents to help continue education at home. Caregivers can easily share photo and video updates from the Upwards app so parents don't miss a moment.

CONNECT WITH THE UPWARDS COMMUNITY
Get the support you need from other families in your neighborhood through the Upwards Community forum. Receive answers to questions about childcare, behavior and development, parenting hacks, and tough topics from local childcare and early education experts. Once your questions are answered, you can also share and learn about kid-friendly activities and things to do with your little ones in your neighborhood.

LIST YOUR CAREGIVER SERVICES
Apply to join the largest care network in America to match with local families for daycare, nanny, or babysitter needs in your neighborhood. Collect reviews from parents and build out your Upwards caregiver profile to share certifications, experience, schedule availability, and your care philosophy with families in your community.

## Upwards Reviews in United States

### ***** "Helpful"
The upwards team are very helpful.
I am impressed with the professionalism
-- Wildflowerbetty, 2024-12-11

### ***** "Best app"
As a provider I have been using upwards since the last three years. I found it really useful. All kids under my care were enrolled through upwards and I always get my payments on time. I get timely updates and quick response in case I have a question. I recommend them to all providers and also families looking care for their kids.

### ***** "A great resource connecting families with providers"
When I became a registered home childcare, upwards connected with me, and we help provide care for military families during drill weekend. Quality care is hard to find, especially on the weekends, and upwards is a great tool for connecting families in need, ensuring the providers are also taken care of. Thanks to Frankie in customer service for crushing it and being a great communicator every time we have to hash out scheduling, because we all know childcare and scheduling can he challenging. Cheers! -JM

### ***** "Military Care"
So far I have been loving all of this! The app is easy to use, the Military Care program has been easy to navigate, and the support staff has been amazing to work with!

### *---- "-1 STARRRRR HORRIBLE APP"
Horrible app. What I hate most about this app is how there are many job listings posted and when I go to message/ apply I’m directed to the same “upwards parent support team” which I hear nothing back from at all . I really should be able to contact the parents directly. Or at least be directed to a single agent . Even on other rare job listings where there is a linked “agent”. He/she never responds or I receive the same automated response of “we’ll get back to you” etc. Waste of time and money for background check. Take your listings and experience elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!

### ***** "Review"
I’ve been on upwards for about a month or so and it’s been great. The staff has been really responsive and helpful (:
-- kayyyq, 2024-06-21

### *---- "Ghost App"
Reached out to about ten daycares through this app to "request info". Not a single one responded, and also I'm banned from reaching out to any more.

Save your time and steer clear of this app. Clearly it's just harvesting our data and has no intention of actually fulfilling it's advertised use.

### *---- "Do not use"
This is a horrible app.
-- Invictus31, 2024-05-18

### ***** "Great help!"
I have been dealing with custody battle and trying to find childcare has been the hardest part especially in my area. Upwards helped very quickly and got me a fit close by, in my financial limits and for the hours I needed!
