I will be short - Upwork is a platform for sure but not for freelancers.
Why?
Most of the jobs will go to the people that bid, yes you hear that, bid, on their own offers 🤣
Definitely not a platform where you can get short or long term work based on your skills but instead the only way you can get that is by splashing a ton of “connects” which is their “currency”. You have to buy “connects”. Got the whole picture?
