When I am trying to reach the last category called “writing”it’s impossible because the screen doesn’t go to the bottom!!

I just want to hire a graphic designer the app takes ages to verify my gmail account then refere me to Freelancer then when I try to log in there is there is 0 options other than uploading my resume as a freelacer. So annoying

Too much scam and the real companies takes an eternity to answer emails I haven’t got a single real lead. I’ve been invited to apply hundreds times and is a scam On YouTube people making money without the “premium” membership have to have smell for scammers. Isn’t a safe place to post your product and information

It has been a week since I opened an account with Upwork. I have not received identity verification pop up or notification. There is no support (customer service or email), where I can get a response from real human. Chatbot doesnt understand questions beyond standard FAQs. What i have heard is that you have a higher chance of winning a project is your agency or freelancer has been verified. So. The wait is on. If I dont hear back soon, i am planning to cancel my membership.
