I have installed app again and again but it keeps crashing. Don’t know what’s the issue. After I reinstall it, it works for few times and than crashes. Kindly look into the matter

I’ve been trying to complete identity verification on Upwork for the past 4 days, but their selfie verification process is terrible. Despite trying over 100 times, the system refuses to accept my selfie, making the entire experience beyond frustrating. I reached out to their support, hoping for assistance, but the service was equally disappointing. No real solution, no proper guidance—just a lot of wasted time. Upwork, please improve your verification system and customer support. This process should be seamless, not a nightmare for users who just want to get started on the platform.

Fix the current update bug, I cannot accept new jobs

No chance for beginners

I started using Upwork when it was oDesk. It helped me pay my fee when I was on my college. Now, Im trying to become a full time freelancer.

Worthless platform, constantly stealing from its freelancers. Based on my recent experience with Upwork, I will always prefer Fiverr over this. No support for freelancers and they will suspend your account over nothing and keep all your earnings without giving any reason. It is like slavery, you work hard on your projects and suddenly upwork suspends your account and keeps your money. What gives them the right to do this? Okay, you suspended my account I do not want to work at such an awful platform either but how can you stop me from withdrawing my earnings?
