Greedy app
It does not make any sense to keep paying for connects while looking for a job, to apply for a job you pay 2 dollars !? The app takes share from the income I believe this is enough or lower the connect points fees

Lots of spam jobs & the connects are more expensive than ever
Ok app, provides a lot of information
Sometimes does not notify new messages
Utterly useless
No work, no responses. You need premium currency “connects” to apply for a job (because what’s the point of a 25% commission when nobody makes any deals?) but you CAN’T EVEN PURCHASE CONNECTED WITH THE APP. I also couldn’t delete my account because the app is buggy. Just… bleh, all around.

Scammers
Too much scam and the real companies takes an eternity to answer emails I haven’t got a single real lead. I’ve been invited to apply hundreds times and is a scam On YouTube people making money without the “premium” membership have to have smell for scammers. Isn’t a safe place to post your product and information
Very disappointed with the start up process
It has been a week since I opened an account with Upwork. I have not received identity verification pop up or notification. There is no support (customer service or email), where I can get a response from real human. Chatbot doesnt understand questions beyond standard FAQs. What i have heard is that you have a higher chance of winning a project is your agency or freelancer has been verified. So. The wait is on. If I dont hear back soon, i am planning to cancel my membership.
