I can’t log into my account either through the browser or the app — when trying to log in with Apple ID or Google, I get an error and can’t access my account. The project with photos I saved is nowhere to be found. The app has no proper support options, just useless articles. The app doesn’t perform basic functions, and it’s impossible to get support. It’s extremely inconvenient.
5 years Upwork user
App doesn’t work as it should. Everything is laggy, messages don’t type properly, notifications don’t work properly, pages don’t reload. Guys I understand, you had a good web site and wanted to create an App based on web interface. But it clearly doesn’t work. On windows and on iOS. The biggest software development community on the market can not build responsive app. Fix your apps, we don’t need skill badges and several profiles for different skills, we don’t need features. We need a stable app.
The worst experience
Sms verification doesn't works.
Chatbot have no solution.
Have no idea where I can leave my question or helpdesk issue.
Troubled messenger
Please fix the app’s messenger. After the last update it’s impossible to send messages, the app is lagging like crazy. UpWork itself is a great platform but dear app devs fix your last update or roll it back to the previous one
Fix please
The app does not work well, freezes, and takes a long time to load. Messages also load poorly and lag. Notifications arrive every once in a while. Also it often gives an error when you try to add job post to favorites.
No job
I am not able to find a job. Find me a job please and then I’ll give five
Messages won’t load
Messages do not work, they never load
Decent app
Very good service for freelance workers.
Scammers
Too much scam and the real companies takes an eternity to answer emails
I haven’t got a single real lead.
I’ve been invited to apply hundreds times and is a scam
On YouTube people making money without the “premium” membership have to have smell for scammers.
Isn’t a safe place to post your product and information
Very disappointed with the start up process
It has been a week since I opened an account with Upwork. I have not received identity verification pop up or notification. There is no support (customer service or email), where I can get a response from real human.
Chatbot doesnt understand questions beyond standard FAQs.
What i have heard is that you have a higher chance of winning a project is your agency or freelancer has been verified.
So. The wait is on. If I dont hear back soon, i am planning to cancel my membership.
