It doesn’t logon with social login, I wonder how the app is.

The process was very bad until they approved the freelancers identification. I had to upload the photo of the ID card (country) many times and they never accepted. No proper support.

The lack of feedback is what I dislike the most. I’ve applied to many jobs, but without any answer. So far, I was not able to get anything other than a message from someone who redirected me to Telegram and was operating a scam.

Unfortunately I’m having the worst experience with Upwork, I had my account suspended because I was “poor of clients” like they said when gave me the account back, and now I can’t get my money because the name doesn’t match, but it’s exactly the same name. Also they should invest more in their customer support which is very “poor”.

There is no interface design specifically for iPad or tablets. They should hire someone from their platform to help them with their interface compatibility

I was loving using this app until I recently had a serious problem and need help from customer support except it’s impossible to contact a real person and the chat bot simply is not good enough to help leaving me with 0 fixes to my problem. It’s ridiculous the amounts of times I’ve tried resolving this issue only to be met with 0 help after I’ve paid for the plus feature. For as long as this is not resolved I would not recommend you use this app!

Acredito que devem se rever as políticas dos gastos de Submit numa proposta de emprego . Gasta-se muitos submits para uma única proposta de emprego e pra quem nunca conseguiu um emprego tem a vida dificultada

A lot of bugs you can’t use the app correctly please fix that!
