Terrible app for Freelancers because they don’t provide any support with clients who do not pay you. The things they have in place to ensure payments clients have also found a way to manipulate and not pay freelancers for their work. 
The bids system is overpriced & can get costly after a while, other Freelancing apps charge 1 Bid per proposal, upwork has many proposals charging over 12 Connects just to bid.
They have no support lines for Freelancers, Freelancers have to chat on a support forum whenever they have issues with clients.

Theory it’s a great platform however many clients on the platform have found ways to work around using the platform which offers protection for the freelancers. Other people post false positions and then request you to pay cash for a username and login in order to do the job. Honest waste of time
