Expensive , no reply from post , limiter user use , ask money for apply job too much limited activity , the app cannot guarantee any job , but guarantee for own profit ask both side to pay them money why

Upwork forces users to provide all personal information, bank accounts, personal IDs, previous jobs, etc., then automatically blocks the user account from accessing it, blocks logins on both the web and the Upwork community (preventing you from warning other users) without explaining why you were blocked. No matter how you ask, they won’t tell you the reason because they can’t say “well, I’ve taken your information, go away, what else do I need you for?”

I have not received any tasks since I have used it for 2 years till now. I do not even know how to get a job here even I have used all the connections.

Since when did Upwork start asking freelancers to pay to buy connects in order to apply for jobs. Their platform fee is 20% which is high enough. Having the freelancers to go through the process of writing the cover letter from scratch (no saved templates) and selecting all the highlights and uploading the resume is already obvious that freelancers are serious to apply. If not, recruiters can tell from the application. But now they even want freelancers to prove that they are serious by buying connects to apply. Who pay before working? This is thief in daylight. I used to be freelancer on here but now it disappoints me so much.

Why I cannot use the previous app?!? It required to upgrade meanwhile my phone could not support for this!

Clients may hold your proposals, and you may lost connects if you withdraw, but client have no responding for your proposal. Bad app, i’ve never used like this before. At least client should tell you why, but till no respond. Bad apps, bad communities.
