Be very cautious when using Upwork. I lost $250 due to misleading information on the freelancer’s profile. Negative feedback is not properly displayed, giving the impression that all freelancers have flawless records. This lack of transparency wasted months of my time, energy, and effort, with no way to recover what I lost. I am left without the service I paid for. Clients deserve a platform that values honesty and ensures trust.
And impossible to reach anyone to speak to….

When I dispute yo upwork they told me we can’t help and we can help only if you make a case in court so be careful be aware as  I still  in this issue 1 year abd still not solved
