## Urban App Reviews in Malaysia

### *---- "unable to topup after recent update"
not good
-- sp clientele, 2025-07-30

### **--- "What is the point?"
Not sure I get the point of having yet another app to top up to? Can’t even collect points if not topping up so what’s the point of using it? Most other grocery apps at least let you collect points :/ Inconvenient really
-- gkkitty, 2024-10-09

### **--- "Credit Balance is gone/ been Stolen?"
I didn’t used the app for a while. My balance is gone. I can't see any credit balance at top after my last shopping at Sri petaling Urban market place. Don’t ever listen the staff there asking u sign up the app acc to get voucher for shopping discount. I really thought my money in the app is safe. Until I check it today, I found credit is 0.00 !! Felt like been cheat 😐
-- behappyRC, 2024-04-09

### ***-- "Unable to see credit available"
Unable to see credit available on the app as it is blocked by a pop up banner which is irritating as don’t know how much to top up for purchase.
-- Chriswts8, 2023-04-08

### ***** "5 stars"
Super convenient! The best ever Cashless shopping with Urban! This app is applicable for Selections Groceries at KL, Urban Marketplace and also Beer Bank KL~~
-- Addie lim, 2022-02-23
