Apparently Bosch has decided to scrap this functionally in urban arrow app and make it available solely in their own 'Flow' app. Unfortunately the urban arrow dealers ( het zwarte Fiets plan, Amsterdam, in my case) are clueless about this app and its functions. Erg vervelend want hierdoor kun je bijvoorbeeld niet goed zien of de batterij van je tracker goed is opgeladen. Terwijl goede werking van de tracker van essentieel belang is voor dekking van de verzekeringen die je in combinatie met de Urban Arrow Connect module kunt afsluiten. Kortom, van groot belang dat dit gewoon werkt! En waarom gaat de diefstalbeveiliging uit wanneer de fiets verplaatst wordt? De ondersteuning werkt direct zonder iets in de app te hoeven doen.
