However, they keep rescheduling not event time, but date, although I booked with notice. Every month this happens and EVERY SINGLE TIME operator says, vehicle got broken or accident on the road. They contacted me and the reservation was confirmed by them. Despite this ridiculous excuse, I booked from their website several times before, and despite the repeated delays in coming to me, they came in the end. But this time they lost their credibility even in coming.
