I purchased a sheesham bed last month. The delivery was supposed to happen a week ago. It did not happen. I asked them to track the product because we as a customer cant track the product on app, there is no option for live tracking. They called me after 2 days saying that delivery got delayed, once the product quality check is done from our end Will dispatch. This they repeated 2-3 times & in the end I received a call from them saying that it will take some more time so “can we cancel the order?” I mean really? After waiting for more than a month is this what you tell to your customer. And worst part is they don’t even provide alternate options. They are simply ready to cancel the order and do nothing. If you want to purchase engineering wood furniture which simply takes 4/5 days, you can purchase. But after this I would not recommend anyone to choose urban ladder.

Third grade people third grade service.

Ordered a product whose status showed as dispatched. Two days later I get a call that the pin code is unserviceable and some lame excuse by a customer care agent saying that it was a glitch in the system and that they don’t deliver to the pincode. If that was the case, why did you let me place the order in the first place? No money has been refunded so far so yeah! Buy at your own risk. Note: The pincode 248001 still shows serviceable 😂 What a joke this company is

I had bought a duetto baled from them where they clqimed the product is termite and moisture free. After using it for 4 yrs one of the corners developed termite infestation. Called customer care they only speak about warranty and dont care about solving the issue or repairing. Pathetic products and pathetic service. Never buy products from them. You can buy them at half the price from outside. Atleast the local carpenter will come and repair ghe product for you.

The app is only useful for buying. Once you buy, there rarely is real-time updates of status of order. Thanks to the customer success team, one is able to get effective support, that this app should have been giving. The app shows updates on delivery and installation after some time of the same being installed. It’s a joke for after sales. Learn from the Amazon App please

The customer care number doesn’t exist. The date or time committed for delivery or installation is as vague as the communication. If you have an issue and reach out via the chat option, they will take anywhere between 48hrs to infinity to figure out a solution - even though the company must be aware since it’s take over, that there are multiple partners involved. So it’s only you, the customer who pays in time, patience and well money for below average product and services. Only use this app if you are under serious budgetary constraints and have saint like patience with utter incompetence.

I had scheduled dismantling service for my bed after making the payment. It was supposed to be done on9/6/23 between 4 to 5pm, i called at 4 pm and i was reassured that service would be done today itself just that there is a slight delay. But service was not done today and i did not recieve any information regarding why it could not be done today and when will it be done. Same issues i faced in december last year. This level of service is not acceptable at all.

They sent me defected product which is looking old. When I tried connecting to them, no response from them.. it is a fraud app, don't buy anything from Them.

I ordered some furniture with Urban ladder as I required it for a reason and a particular date. All was ok and as I was expecting delivery on their committed date , I get a call saying their assemble guy is not available in their Bidadi warehouse and they cannot send it and they asked for delivery the next day. The next day, after my calling them , I am again given an excuse for non delivery. Now , since they have been continually lying with dubious dates and excuses , I asked them for a refund to which their team replied that I have to take delivery even though they have erred and are forcing me to push through. I wanted this for a function at home and the very reason I placed the earlier order was the date they committed. Now , since they did not deliver as per they commitment , I bought similar furniture from a local vendor. Now , they have gone silent and it’s been more than almost 10 days and they are not refunding my advance payment too. I was reading through all the comments here and I see I am not the only victim , looks like it has become a pattern with them

I have ordered a chair on which it showed that no cost emi is available on my card. I opted for that but the EMI interest was not deducted from the total amount and hence it is not a no cost EMI. On asking from customer service they are telling it is available only on orders above 20000. Why is it not mentioned anywhere. They have good products but the Tech is bad
