Serves cheap material which you can find on Amazon or Flipkart under 500 and price is as high as Zara and other high end brands. Very poor quality material and finishing in clothes and very pricey

I had ordered my dress on 30th May. And it is showing me it is shipped. Now it's already 12th of June i have received any update regarding dress. I have been trying to contact them through mail and support chat but no support. No cancellation no help nothing. I am always said you will get call or product within 24 hrs. But nothing happened. Really disappointed. It's a costly dress and there is no help nothing. What should i do? Being shopping from urbanic from years. This is what they did. Can't shop from urbanic ever and thank you for lose of money.

I like your Urbanic. I used to order a lot before, but now I don’t know what’s wrong. , certainly, it’s becoming so expensive. I mean the same product. I’m getting in other place from half of the price, but what’s wrong? I don’t know suddenly it’s become so so much expensive. You guys should work on that price.

Not initiating refund after pickup. Product returned in 100% proper condition. Upon asking for proof not giving any details backing their statement. Only Verbal statement product is damaged. No proof of the same.
