## Uride Passenger Description
We're here to make getting around your city easier and more affordable. Whether you're heading to work, running an errand, visiting beautiful local attractions, or going out for the night, Uride is here to get you where you need to go!

HOW IT WORKS

Enter where you’re going and our app will connect you with the nearest available drivers.

Select the vehicle type that suits your journey and budget, from standard sedans to spacious SUVs.

A local driver will head to your location. Their ETA and route will be displayed on your screen.

FEATURES
Please note that some features are only available in select cities.

Reservations: Book your Uride up to 7 days in advance and ride worry-free. Whether it's an early flight or a date night, reserve your ride ahead of time and let us handle the rest.

Comfort: With newer cars and extra space, every ride is an enjoyable experience. Book a Comfort ride when you've got extra luggage or for those times you just want some space to relax.

Multi-Stop: Need to make a few stops along your route? No problem! With Uride's Multi-Stop feature, you can add them all in with ease. Get your coffee fix on the way to work, drop off a friend while heading to class, or make a quick grocery stop before you get home. Just tap the '+' when entering your destination and we'll take care of the rest.

Share-A-Link: Send a web link to a friend or family member that allows them to track your trip in real-time while you ride with Uride. Share-A-Link is just one more way we're enhancing our app to keep you safe and give you peace of mind on the go.

FAQs
How much does a Uride cost?

The cost of a Uride depends on various factors such as distance and time. You can get a price estimate by entering your pickup and drop-off locations within the app.

How can I pay for a Uride?

Uride makes payments easy and hassle-free. Just enter your card details once in the app, and you’re set for quick, secure payments on all your rides.

Is it possible to travel with pets in Uride vehicles?

We understand that pets are part of the family. The decision to accept pets is a driver’s personal choice, but many drivers love when you include your furry friends! Since it's up to each Uride driver whether they will accept pets in their vehicle, we recommend adding a note about your pet when booking a ride.

## Uride Passenger Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Got scammed"
Called in a ride payed for it now apparently it’s not showing up and isn’t letting me refund it and saying I need to pay to cancel give me my money back it’s tough out here
-- aydenpelletier, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Unsafe Vehicles"
Had a very bad ride in a vehicle without functional seatbelts, reported to customer support and was told they’d speak to the driver. Had to point out how this was illegal to be picking up passengers in, and was told that I ‘don’t know what goes on behind the scenes’, when I - the customer who had to ride unsafely - asked for compensation for the terrible service, as any company should offer to someone who rode under these conditions and I, as someone who works in customer service, was amazed I had to even ask for, I was told they didn’t realize I might want this, and thought it was just being a good person. I have the receipts, and will absolutely be posting them on every review service. After twice asking to have this escalated to a supervisor, as this is such awful service, I was ignored. Never use Uride if you want to get somewhere safe!
-- andcupcakestoo, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Scammers"
Charges you when you cancel a ride that hasn’t even been confirmed after waiting for 20 minutes. Ridiculous
-- lexjmichaud, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Worst service"
Long long wait time it’s always show 5 min for pick up but eventually take up to 1 hour to get a ride
-- Suchet12, 2024-12-09

### ***** "Better then uber"
Better then uber
-- Bajwa Boss, 2024-11-09

### *---- "Homophobic Driver"
My driver picked me and my boyfriend up and yelled at us for holding hands in the back seat. When he dropped us off, he yelled at us and told us that he was going to get us banned. He reported us to the app, and now me and my boyfriend are banned from the app for life, just because we were two guys holding hands.
-- Nsnipe, 2024-10-31

### *---- "Disappointed"
Some of your drivers taking unnecessary route which ended up me paying $12 for a 3 mins ride to work.

I had a driver who almost drove the entire neighborhood. Home to work supposed to be a 3 mins ride but him ended up a 10 mins ride.
-- juneshiii, 2024-10-27

### *---- "Hidden thieves (fees )"
They like to overcharge a hidden fee that doesn’t exist for the same town like Greater sudbury they like to charge it (out of town fee) for inside the same town. But when you ask them about the fee, they don’t like to reimburse you and apologies for their errors and they lock you out for using them because you confronted them. So watch out for their hidden fees.
-- World of reason, 2024-10-03

### ***** "Uride is excellent"
The small group based in Canada has superior service. Please note the total amount of care & details of start to finish is amazing. God bless🙏
-- Benny’s book, 2024-09-27

### *---- "worst experience"
uber, lyft anything is better honestly. our driver picked up 4 random men (the name for the ride was sophie so idk how the driver let 4 full grown men in) then when we tried to ask the men to get out our driver tried to convince us to share the ride with the men which would’ve been eight people in the car. when he first got there he picked the men up and left and left us stranded overall horrible experience with a bunch of really creepy men. if you’re a women make sure to be careful using this app 🙏🏻
