Reservations: Book your Uride up to 7 days in advance and ride worry-free. Whether it's an early flight or a date night, reserve your ride ahead of time and let us handle the rest.
Comfort: With newer cars and extra space, every ride is an enjoyable experience. Book a Comfort ride when you've got extra luggage or for those times you just want some space to relax.
Multi-Stop: Need to make a few stops along your route? No problem! With Uride's Multi-Stop feature, you can add them all in with ease. Get your coffee fix on the way to work, drop off a friend while heading to class, or make a quick grocery stop before you get home. Just tap the '+' when entering your destination and we'll take care of the rest.
Share-A-Link: Send a web link to a friend or family member that allows them to track your trip in real-time while you ride with Uride. Share-A-Link is just one more way we're enhancing our app to keep you safe and give you peace of mind on the go.

Uride is driven by a desire to end impaired driving while bringing safe, affordable, and reliable rides to communities often overlooked by industry giants.
After moving to New Brunswick, I needed to be somewhere urgently. Signed up for Uride and when I tried booking a trip it said error- No drivers available. Thats ok, however when I had to cancel the ride as this app couldn’t find a driver it charged me $5 for cancellation. The developers and company heads of Uride have ridiculous policies. I had emailed them, no response. Worst app and its dreadful policy. I have reported the app to AppStore, it should be taken down. Terrible experience.

I’m currently unable to drive. Uride means I can get to doctor/ hospital appointments safely and on time.

Overcharged by Uride Driver and useless support
I was overcharged by Uride driver for a ride I took recently and the support team of Uride is useless as there's no prompt response from them for the issue I've faced.
Horrible app
I tried to book a Uride cause other transportation wasn’t available at the moment and it didn’t give me a eta of how long it would take so when I tried doing it again it signed me out of my account and when I tried to sign back in it said there is a issue with your account
TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I wish I could give negative or none star to the app. There are not even enough drivers to provide an acceptable service. More than 20 minutes of waiting just to confirm a ride and then wait additional time for the ride to pick you up. Riders keep cancelling
This whole U ride thing is so annoying, why tf would someone make a person wait for 20 minutes than cancel?? I tell them every single time I have to be home at a certain time and they always cancel on me AFTER making me wait for 30 minutes.

Let me down
My car broke down and I rely on it to get me to work early in the morning. I decided to pre-book Uride to get me to work on time the for the following day. I pre-paid on the app and my ride was confirmed. Next morning I get up and check the app. My ride is still listed as a pending pre-booked ride and stated the same scheduled pick up time. So I continue getting ready for my day. 5 minutes before my pickup, I look at the app again. My booking disappeared. It was gone. I was left with no ride and did not make it to work. This app and service does not deserve one star
