The user app Urmet CallMe allows you to see who’s calling at the door of your house; you can answer to it and open the door or the driveway gate.
It’s even possible to see the camera of the door panel from the app without receiving a call (in 2VOICE systems and KIT and KIT 1722) and to check other CCTV cameras connected to the installation as well (in 2VOICE systems and KIT) as well as open the door or the car entrance.
The app gives also an indication of the unanswered calls on which you didn’t answer with indication of date and time for each call (in 2VOICE systems and KIT, KIT 1722 and KIT NOTE2).
All these function can be added to your video door phone without changing it and without changing the building door phone system; it’s enough to add the Call Forwarding Device in your apartment and to install the app on the smartphone.
For a correct operation it’s necessary an Internet connection. The link with the router can be Wi-Fi or with a LAN cable if the WiFi coverage is not possible.
The call can be diverted on a maximum of 4 apps for each user/apartment.
On the app there are these following features as well:
- in case of Wi-Fi connection it’s possible to select 2 time slots in which to turn off the communication, for example during the night, to limit electromagnetic pollution
- turn off call reception (for example while in a meeting or with a doctor)
- to check the signal’s quality in every moment
- mute the microphone volume from the mobile device and restore it during a conversation
- to send a voice call IP to the other smartphones that have the same account

La sonnerie et l’écran fonctionne parfaitement.
Par contre le renvoi sur le téléphone mobile est une catastrophe.
Une latence d’environ une minute au minimum entre l’appel à la porte et l’avertissement sur mon téléphone mobile alors que je suis à la maison.
J’attire l’attention sur le fait que j’ai une connexion rapide qui fonctionne parfaitement.
L’objectif de mon achat était de pouvoir avoir directement un retour sur mon téléphone lorsque je travaille dans ma dépendance,
Résultat, je perds beaucoup de temps à récupérer des livraisons qui se sont présentés à ma porte.

Franchement abuser , personnelle incompétent qui vous laisse dans le silence histoire de payer bien 15 centimes la minute , application qui fonctionne au ralenti ont a limite le temps de répondre qu’on voit personne sur la caméra de la platine de rue et ma 2 eme camera qui fonctionne 3 seconde et qui coupe toute seul pour repasser à la platine de rue , , franchement c’est abuser vue le prix qui nous vends ça j’estime que l’application devrait fonctionner impeccable surtout que je suis connecter à la fibre en sois si non le matériel poser fonctionne correctement je suis mécontent qu’à l’heure actuelle. J’ai payé une fortune pour avoir une appli et pouvoir surveiller mon portail coulissant car j’ai des chiens mais à l’heure actuelle j’aurais mieux fait d’acheter un truc plus simple sans appli au lieu de me fier à une publicité pour moi limite mensongère!

L’application bug régulièrement, caméra pas toujours disponible, ne sonne pas toujours mais indique des appels en absence ensuite… Vraiment pas terrible
Installation impossible avec un iPhone
Parametrage et installation impossible depuis un iPhone. L’application d’installation « callme setup » ne figure même pas dans l’AppStore
Déçu d’avoir fait confiance à Urmet et d’avoir investi dans un interphone connecté qui ne fonctionne pas.
Un scandale
Franchement… faites quelque chose pour cette application, c’est juste scandaleux. On reçoit des push une fois sur 5 quand ça sonne, il faut redémarrer l’application 1 fois sur 2 pour ouvrir à distance. Comment c’est possible de nos jours ?!? Une honte, je ne recommanderai jamais tant que des correctifs fiables n’auront pas été apportés…

- quand marche, c’est très lent (= personne déjà partie le temps de décrocher)
