However, there is one aspect of the service that I find quite confusing in actual use: **after purchasing a data package, it is difficult for users to clearly understand how much data they have actually consumed and what that data usage consists of.** I purchased a 1 TB data balance code. Based on my normal usage, 1 TB is a substantial amount of data that should normally last for quite a long time. However, the current URnetwork account interface mainly uses blue, red, and gray progress bars labeled Used, Pending, and Available, without clearly showing the actual data amounts represented by each section. This makes it difficult to understand the actual status of my account. For example, when I was previously using the free plan, I understood that there was a daily allowance of 30 GB. I used the service continuously for many days without encountering any obvious data-limit problems. However, on one particular day, the red Pending bar suddenly grew to nearly—or appeared to reach—the full bar, after which the network stopped working. At the time, I could not determine whether I had actually exhausted the daily free allowance, nor could I understand how much data the red Pending bar represented. I therefore purchased a 1 TB data package. After adding the balance, my account showed approximately 1.03 TiB as the Daily Data Balance, but there was still not enough detailed information about my usage. The red Pending bar continued to increase during use, which gave me the impression that the data was being consumed unusually quickly. Without actual numerical figures, however, I cannot tell whether this is normal usage, an accumulation of data that is still being processed, or simply the result of some other metering or settlement mechanism. I hope URnetwork can improve the data usage information page so that users can understand their data balance and consumption more clearly and accurately. **In particular, I would really appreciate the following information:** **1. Display the actual data amounts for each category** I hope the actual amounts in GiB or TiB can be displayed next to Used, Pending, and Available, rather than relying solely on progress bars to indicate proportions.
