Dynamic and still meditation
Meditation Steps
Grateful is just the beginning,
Useful application as it combines the meditation of movement and song, where there is singing and dancing (kiirtan) and after starts the still meditation (sitting meditation, without movement) where the benefits of the kiirtan (the dancing and singing) is being utilized. The length and combination of the kiirtan and meditation can be adjusted and switched on or off to choose either or aswell. I am passing on a blessing for anyone reading this! -
