I just send money to my friend and it says claimed already but my friend didn’t get the money, is someone is scamming or frauding? I really don’t know what’s the issue but my friend didn’t get the money its claimed by someone before he get the money.

بسبب قصور في أداء النظام و عدم تغطيته لحالة تغير ملكية الجوال، لم أستطع فتح حساب و حاولت مرار و تكرارا مع خدمة العملاء دون أدنى نية لهم للمساعدة

Best remittance app in KSA I have used since last 2 years. I feel free to make transactions, international and locally.

I stopped using Urpay for more than a year due to it’s disgusting service. I thought again that maybe its service is improved, so I used it again for my international transfer, but result remained same. My money is stuck since two days. I’ll recommend users to switch to other platforms like Friendipay or Enjaz.
