Does this app not work in California anymore?

I live in California and the app has been having issues for a while now. It shows an error message when I try searching before this issue the app was working grate and I loved it but now I uninstalled it and installed back and the same issue is happening sad we can’t see anything I hope it gets fixed.

It’s a good app to have but the reports for 5 offenders in my area always states “report error invalid number”. This is very vital information. I first thought that it was just a glitch on one report but it’s the same for all of them.

Why keep showing error occurred please check again later?

I just downloaded the app because we have a son and saw in our local paper that there were 56 Offenders and when I search my local area it shows zero!

Wow it’s nice to have this,I just found out that someone 2 houses away from me was a child predator and just recently got arrested and what scared me the most is I remember when I was a kid like around 8-9 he wanted me to go inside his house for some reason I can’t remember but I ran away because my mother told me to stay away from that house,but I wish this app worked in my state though 😢

Still glitches on searches

I’ve also emailed this suggestion through their website: The app is very good except for the limited options for the Search features. For Search By Location it seems you have to enter a full address including zip code. If you don’t do this you get an error: “Oops! Please Insert All Details” Evidently you can just enter the zip plus state for 10 states that don’t have “location based searching”, but for the other 40 states this doesn’t work. Search By Location suggestions, for ALL states: - when clicking the “i” info button explain the search by location options - default the drop-down distance to one of the choices - allow a search by street name, city and state only (without house number and/or zip) - allow a search by city and state only - allow a search by zip code only (state would never be needed for this) - allow a search by full address If the user doesn’t meet the proper criteria, have the error message state the minimum amount of data needed Search By Name suggestions: If you search for a name with many matches (unknown how many that number is) you’re told to visit the website instead. Allow the Search By Name to include: - last name and first name only - last name with state - last name and first name with state - last name with city and state - last name and first name with city and state - last name with zip code - last name and first name with zip code
