I love the puzzle itself and have played daily for years. Here’s my beef: it’s unclear when the daily deadline is to submit in order to be counted in the player’s streak of completions.  Some of us do find the streak count important as a personal challenge, and when I submit at 9 pm it should still be counted for that same day—particularly when the next day’s puzzle hasn’t been published yet. At the very least, make it known when the cutoff time is. I’ve tried and tried to guess it over the years based on personal experience. I solve in the mornings—except on days when life happens and I don’t sit down to my puzzles until the evening. It’s disheartening to know that I have not missed a puzzle in over 4 years and yet my current streak is all too often set back to 1. Please clarify!

I loved doing the sudoku but it has been stuck on the same one for days. I stopped doing the crossword when it became impossible to see the clues on my phone. I pay for the subscription and would like to actually enjoy the games.

When this App works like it’s supposed to it’s great but way too often it won’t open at all or when I’m playing a game it bumps me back to advertising even though I saw the ad before the game was started. I assumed by purchasing this App I would not get advertising at all, or at least a minimal amount but that is not the case… very annoying! Will not renew unless it’s fixed!
