When I need this app the most to make a purchase I receive a technical difficulty error and lose out.

I don’t know why it’s difficult to make a properly working app. When I log in, it says there’s a technical issue. I’ve tried any way I can to fix it, but it still doesn’t work. It’s seriously not that hard to make a properly functioning app. You guys advertise it to be a magical and good experience, but I’m frustrated because the app is being difficult.

This doesn’t update your balance on the weekends! If it actually had an accurate balance 7 days a week like it should then there would be no issues overall with this app. For someone living paycheck to paycheck I can’t afford this inaccuracy. They need to do better

Wasted too much time trying to add a new credit card number. Could not find the location in which to add number.

Trying to update my expired card to make a payment towards my insurance and the app gives you no option to do so because the account is already in the system. I tried to delete the card off usaa completely and that’s not even an option

The app itself is about what you expect for a financial institution. The problem is that if you attempt to call for further support which is required for insurance claims, the phone service will divert you to the app. The app is unable to manage anything outside of the most generic situation. The support center claims to be 24/7, but I have found the services I needed closed 3/5 times I’ve called. I have wasted hours with this company. As a military officer I recommend finding a different financial service that cares about your time.

Camera can focus on check outside of app fine. When trying to use it for mobile deposit the camera can’t focus on the check we’ll enough to read the numbers.

These people do not help you with what you need they will deny you over and one and over again have never had a pleasant experience with Usaa honestly a complete waist of time

Customer service agent was utterly helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of filing a homeowners insurance claim. This was handled with such swiftness and ease it alleviated the emergent necessity to file this claim. Very much appreciate this and fully taking care of all matters in an instant, more so on a weekend night were most business close. CN

USAA app is fast and easy to use, especially the Homeowners and Auto insurance coverages, which shows details and categories. Easy to edit and make changes! However, the functionality to see new documents such as my policy docs from the Inbox takes at least 3-4 more clicks to burrow down to the actual PDF file with the info. But all in all a it’s a straightforward and good app!!
